研究了各种稀土稳定剂的合成工艺、配方及其对PVC热稳定性能、加工性能的影响,并用红外光谱法对其作用机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明:单一的水杨酸混合稀土盐对PVC有较好的热稳定作用;硬脂酸混合稀土同有机锡、环氧大豆油三者之间有协同效应,其动态热稳定时间及加工性能均优于水杨酸混合稀土稳定剂,可以用硬脂酸混合稀土部分代替价格昂贵的有机锡,具有实际应用价值
The synthesis process of various rare earth stabilizers, their formulations and their effects on the thermal stability and processing properties of PVC were studied. The mechanism of action was also discussed with IR spectroscopy. The results showed that single salicylic acid mixed rare-earth salt had good thermal stability to PVC. Synergistic effect of stearic acid mixed rare earth with organotin and epoxy soybean oil was found. The dynamic thermal stability time and processing property Are better than salicylic acid mixed rare earth stabilizer, rare earth can be mixed with stearic acid instead of expensive organic tin, with practical value
