本文尝试以文化语义学的研究方法,探讨魏晋时代“痴”的审美价值与文化价值。通过把握“痴”与“早慧”文化、“痴”与审美“移情”及审美化生活方式追求、“痴”与“玄学”传统及文化病理等的内在联系,揭示“痴”所体现、折射的魏晋人格精神、浪漫气质、艺术情调、哲人深致、文化智能与“病”理色彩。魏晋时代对“痴”的审美与文化认知,许多已成为中华文化的有益养分,深远、持久地滋润着民族文化精神,规范、影响着后世的理想人格塑造、文化艺术生活以及文学艺术创作。与西方“酒神”精神说和审美“移情”说等相比,“痴”具有更为深广多面、圆融互补的审美与文化价值蕴涵,而其语义指涉的感性、模糊与多趋向特征,也显示了中华思维模式的潜在缺陷。
