煤矿耙斗装岩机原有的辅助制动闸使用刚性制动,用来防止由于速度突变使钢丝绳堆积、乱绳,但刚性制动容易造成钢丝绳受到反复冲击振动,造成钢丝绳寿命缩短。研发了一种自适应柔性辅助制动闸速度调节系统,采用二次制动的防抱死技术,第1次制动是制动轮自适应减速缓存,第2次是抱死的,可以最大程度降低速度的突变,并且保护了钢丝绳免受冲击和振动。柔性辅助制动闸能够更好地适用于各种煤矿耙装机、各种需要高难度的工作强度,能够取得良好的使用效果,对钢丝绳和耙矸机具有很好的保护作用。 The original auxiliary brake of coal mine rake bucket rock loader uses rigid brakes to prevent the steel rope from being piled up and chaos rope due to the sudden change of speed.
