心脏电生理检查诱发心房扑动(以下简称房扑)报道较少,作者在进行这方面工作中发生5例,现简单报告如下。临床资料见附表。讨论:一般认为房扑是激动在心房内形成折返所致,而且折返环较大,途径也比较恒定,心电图上心房激动波常表现为正弦曲线。基于上述理论,我们认为用心脏电生理检查方法诱发房扑必须具备以下条件:1、心房内存在着形成房扑的折返途径。2、适时的心房额外刺激。多数人认为诱发房扑与额外刺激处于心房易损期有关,本组中有3例是刺激落在心
