本文讨论了自然语言的韵律特点和分类,回顾了国外在英语语调研究上的成果,探讨了英国学派的曲调分析方法和美国学派的自主音段格律理论。文中还介绍了目前语调分析方法中新的研究视角,并思考如何将语调分析成果应用在英语语音教学研究上和如何提高学生学习语调的积极性。 This paper discusses the prosodic characteristics and classification of natural language, reviews the achievements of foreign studies in English intonation, discusses the methods of melody analysis of British schools and the autonomous musical theory of American schools. The article also introduces the new research angle of the current intonation analysis method and ponders on how to apply the results of the intonation analysis to English phonetic teaching and how to improve students’ motivation to learn the intonation.
