1973—1976年作者对国内外收集到的近100个品种,运用设计的蚜害指数调查法进行了抗蚜性鉴定。所有品种均受蚜害,但受害程度不同。抗蚜品种的主要形态特征是叶背茸毛浓密,影响蚜虫的安定取食,繁殖量降低。抵抗其他棉虫的形态特征,如红叶,鸡脚叶,无蜜腺,苞叶窄狭开张,以及棉籽醇含量高,不是抗蚜的特征特性。棉花叶背茸毛随着植株个体发育逐渐增多,故不同生育期棉株抗蚜性不同,幼苗期较不抗蚜。不同品种叶背茸毛根据从无到有,从稀到密分为五级,眼观手摸可以区别,这种方法可用来选择抗蚜单株和品种。多毛特征的抗蚜品种可减轻蚜害,但缺乏高抗类型。故棉花品种抗蚜的研究还需从生化等方面寻找抗性因子,发掘抗蚜资源,培育高抗品种。
From 1973 to 1976, the authors screened nearly 100 varieties at home and abroad and identified the resistance to aphids using the survey of aphid infestation index. All varieties are affected by aphids, but the degree of damage is different. The main morphological characteristics of the resistant varieties of aphids are leaf hairs, which affect the stability and feeding of aphids and reduce the reproduction.
