目的观察胰岛素对口服降糖药继发性治疗失效的２型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）病人血糖、血压、体质量的影响。②方法将３０例口服降糖药继发性失效的ＮＩＤＤＭ病人随机分为２组，对照组继续分组前的治疗，治疗组加用胰岛素，治疗０．５年，观察两组病人血压、血糖及体质量的变化。③结果治疗组治疗后血压增高，血糖降低，体质量增加，与治疗前比较差异有显著性（ｔ＝２．８１～３．９１，Ｐ＜０．０５，０．０１）；对照组相应指标无显著变化（ｔ＝１．７７～１．８７，Ｐ＞０．０５）；治疗后两组各指标变化比较，差异有极显著性（ｔ＝３．０７～５．５６，Ｐ＜０．０１）。④结论胰岛素对口服降糖药继发性治疗失效的ＮＩＤＤＭ病人有降低血糖，升高血压，增加体质量的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of insulin on blood glucose, blood pressure and body weight in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) secondary to oral hypoglycemic agents.
