目的了解去除和未去除辅料样品制成的不同硬度颗粒饲料对30天喂养大鼠试验各项指标的影响。方法依据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003年版)以去除和未去除辅料样品制成的颗粒饲料喂养大鼠做30天喂养试验。结果第一次30天喂养试验大鼠给予未去除辅料样品,各剂量组大鼠与对照组相比较,各时点体重、实验期间的总增重、总进食、总食物利用率均有显著性差异;第二次30天喂养试验大鼠给予去除辅料样品,各剂量组大鼠与对照组相比较,各时点体重、实验期间的总增重、总进食、总食物利用率均无显著性差异;两次30天喂养试验大鼠血象、生化及脏器和脏体比指标均在本实验室正常值范围内,组织病理切片未见异常。结论受试物辅料中某些成分会使颗粒饲料硬度增加;颗粒饲料硬度≥(18.8±1.74)kg/cm2时,会影响初始体重50~80 g大鼠的进食,进而影响大鼠的体重、食物利用率等指标;颗粒饲料硬度≥20 kg/cm2时,会影响初始体重100~130 g大鼠的进食,进而影响大鼠的体重、食物利用率;颗粒饲料硬度在9~16 kg/cm2,不影响初始体重50~80 g大鼠的进食,从而不影响大鼠的体重、食物利用率等指标。
Objective To understand the effects of different hardness pellets with or without excipient samples on various indexes of 30-day feeding rats. Methods The rats were fed for 30 days with the pelleted feed made by removing and not removing the excipient samples according to “Technical Specification for Testing and Evaluation of Health Food” (2003 edition). Results The rats in the first 30 days of feeding were given samples without excipients. Conclusions The hardness of pellet feed increased with some ingredients in the test material. When the pellet hardness was more than (18.8 ± 1.74) kg / cm2, it would affect the feed intake of rats with the initial body weight of 50-80 g, and then affect the body weight, Food utilization and other indicators; grain feed hardness ≥ 20 kg / cm2, will affect the initial weight of 100 ~ 130 g rats eating, thereby affecting the body weight, food utilization; grain feed hardness of 9 ~ 16 kg / cm2 , Does not affect the initial weight of 50 ~ 80 g rats eating, which does not affect the rat weight, food utilization and other indicators.
