北京某办公楼抗震鉴定设计过程中,为真实反映其实际承载力并评定可靠性,对该建筑进行两级抗震鉴定;明确A类砌体结构抗震鉴定的步骤、计算方法,并应用于该工程当中;对不满足二级抗震鉴定要求的结构,提出不同的加固方法并进行分析,根据工程的实际情况,将比较合理的加固方法应用于工程。
During the seismic design of an office building in Beijing, in order to truly reflect the actual bearing capacity and evaluate the reliability, the two-level seismic identification of the building is conducted.
