配油盘是轴向塞泵的关键零件之一,设计时对配油盘的几何精度作了严格要求。由于配油盘的结构复杂,传统的分析方法往往不能准确反映工作时的实际变形状况。为了弄清配油盘的实际变形是否满足设计要求,本文对68CY14—1B型轴向柱塞泵的配油盘在压力场下的变形进行了有限元计算,计算结果为进一步改进轴向柱塞泵配流副的性能提供了理论依据。一、有限元计算前处理
Oil pan with axial piston pump is one of the key components, the design of the geometric precision with oil rig made strict requirements. Due to the complex structure of the oil pan, the traditional analysis methods often can not accurately reflect the actual deformation situation at work.
