本文针对攀枝花钢铁(集团)公司4#高炉料流调节闹过去所采用的DYCF-B20H电液伺服阀的伺服控制系统由于存在诸多问题而不能正常运行的现状,设计了数字式旋转RCV阀,以期取代原电液伺服阀。通过频域中的理论分析和时域中的数字仿真研究皆获得满意的性能,实现了料流闹开度的精确控制。
In view of the current situation that the servo control system of DYCF-B20H electrohydraulic servo valve used in No.4 blast furnace of Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Company has been unable to operate normally due to many problems, a digital rotary RCV valve is designed in this paper Replace the original electro-hydraulic servo valve. Through the theoretical analysis in the frequency domain and the numerical simulation in the time domain, satisfactory performance is achieved, and the accurate control of the flow alarm degree is realized.
