2004年11月20日,江苏省科学技术厅在江苏省南京市主持召开了国电南瑞科技股份有限公司科技成果鉴定会,国电南瑞5项科研成果通过鉴定,分别为:RT21轨道交通动力自动化系统、PFS3000电网继电保护及故障信息管理系统、NSR600R新型微机保护测控一体化装王、MAS系列微机自动准同期装置、VQC-2电压无功综合控制装王。鉴定委员会专家认真听取了各项成果的研制报告、技术报告以及用户的运行情况报告等,对各项成果进行了现场测试。经讨论,形成如下意见:RT21轨道交通动力自动化系统采用分层分布结构、高标准电磁兼容和高可靠性冗余设计,并采用了识别开关量变位的专利技术,系统技术先进,结构合理,配置灵活,性能稳定可靠,
On November 20, 2004, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology hosted the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements of NARI Technology Co., Ltd. in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. Five scientific and technological achievements of NARI passed the appraisal: respectively, the power automation of RT21 rail transit System, PFS3000 power grid relay protection and fault information management system, NSR600R new microcomputer protection and monitoring integrated control equipment, MAS series microcomputer automatic quasi-synchronization device, VQC-2 voltage and reactive power control integrated king. Accreditation Committee experts carefully listened to the results of the development report, technical reports and user reports on the operation, the results of a field test. After discussion, the following opinions were formed: RT21 rail transportation power automation system adopts hierarchical distribution structure, high standard EMC and high reliability redundancy design, and adopts patented technology to identify switch displacement.
