我厂最近连续收到三台因滚轮体定位螺钉松脱而造成凸轮轴等严重损坏(见图1),使发动机工作性能急剧恶化的Ⅱ号泵。这一情况引起我们极大的重视。在以前Ⅱ号泵的修理工作中,发现滚轮体定位螺钉松动的约占50～60%,其松动程度不一。一般往往误认为是在组装过程中定位螺钉未充分拧紧。但是为什么同一油泵上的柱塞套筒定位螺钉几乎没有松动呢? 在会同老工人对这三台Ⅱ号泵的各部零件磨损情况进行分析后,一致认为滚轮体定位螺钉松脱的原
