通过实验室的工作,研究了17.cr-1.5Ni-2.5Mo 高铬铸铁退火、以及退火状态下淬火,回火的组织转变和硬度变化的规律。文中着重分析了淬火处理时加热温度和冷却速度的影响,指出在同样冷却条件下淬火处理形状大小不同的铸件时,它们的淬火温度是不尽相同的;并用试样模拟了磨煤机辊套空气冷却淬火,确定出它的淬火温度。研究工作得出的结论为制定和改进1 7.5Cr-1.5Ni 2.5Mo 铁铸件的热处理工艺提供了重要依据。变化规律同样适于其他成份高络铸铁的组织转变分析。
Through the laboratory work, the law of 17cr-1.5Ni-2.5Mo high-chromium cast iron annealing, as well as the quenching, tempering microstructure changes and hardness changes in the annealed state. In this paper, the influence of heating temperature and cooling rate on the quenching process is emphatically analyzed. It is pointed out that the quenching temperatures of the castings with different shapes and sizes are different under the same cooling conditions. Air quench to determine its quenching temperature. The conclusions drawn from the research work provide an important basis for the development and improvement of the heat treatment process of 1 7.5Cr-1.5Ni 2.5Mo iron castings. The law of variation is also suitable for the analysis of the organizational transformation of other castables.
