目的:本研究用以比较IOLmaster和超声生物显微镜(UBM)在测量包括角膜厚度的前房深度上的差异性,同时比较两种设备在多次测量上的稳定性。方法:连续用IOLmaster和UBM测量60例60眼的前房深度,采用配对t检验比较两组前房深度平均值,对于每眼采用测量5次取平均值及标准差,求出变异系数,用来衡量两者在多次测量上的稳定性。结果:IOLmaster测量前房深度的均值为2.95±0.25mm,UBM测量前房深度均值为2.96±0.22 mm,两者比较差异无统计学意义。两者变异系数均数分别为:0.56%±0.26%和0.65%±0.36%。结论:两者在测量前房深度上的结果相似,差异不具有统计学意义,但在多次测量的稳定性上IOLmaster要好于UBM。
Objectives: This study was designed to compare the differences in the depth of the anterior chamber measured by IOLmaster and ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM), including corneal thickness, and to compare the stability of the two devices over multiple measurements. Methods: IOLmaster and UBM were used to measure the anterior chamber depth in 60 cases of 60 eyes. Paired t-test was used to compare the mean depth of anterior chamber between the two groups. The mean and standard deviation were measured 5 times for each eye. The coefficient of variation To measure the stability of the two measurements on many occasions. Results: The mean of anterior chamber depth measured by IOLmaster was 2.95 ± 0.25mm, while the mean depth of anterior chamber measured by UBM was 2.96 ± 0.22 mm. There was no significant difference between the two methods. The mean coefficient of variation of the two were 0.56% ± 0.26% and 0.65% ± 0.36% respectively. CONCLUSION: The results of the two measurements were similar for the measurements of anterior chamber depth with no statistically significant difference, but IOLmaster was superior to UBM in stability of multiple measurements.
