通过试验研究了Al5052铝合金圆形连接点和矩形连接点两种压印接头的连接成形和接头拉剪强度。结果表明,接头截面上,矩形连接点压印接头的颈部最薄处的位置低于圆形连接点,镶嵌部位的纵横比较大。矩形连接点最大拉剪强度是圆形连接点的1.7倍。圆形连接点的失效形式为上板颈部剪断失效;矩形连接点失效形式为上板颈部剪断和拉脱分离的混合失效模式。矩形连接点的最大拉伸位移和能量吸收值大于圆形连接点。 Through the experiment, the forming connection and tensile shear strength of two kinds of stamping joints of round and rectangular connecting points of Al5052 aluminum alloy were studied. The results show that the thinnest position of the neck of the rectangular joint is lower than that of the circular joint in the cross section of the joint, and the aspect ratio of the mosaic is larger. The maximum tensile shear strength of rectangular joints is 1.7 times that of circular joints. The failure form of circular connection point is the failure of the upper plate neck shear failure; the failure form of the rectangular connection point is the mixed failure mode of the upper plate neck shear and pull-off separation. Rectangular joints maximum tensile displacement and energy absorption greater than the circular connection point.
