医院药房担负着为患者调配药物的职责,其工作质量直接关系到患者的治疗效果。近年来,随着社会医疗水平的逐步提升,门诊西药房的工作程序也变得日益复杂,稍有错误便可能会给患者带来不可挽回的损失。加之患者对于医疗服务水平的要求日益提高,降低处方调剂差错率,提高处方调剂水平成为各大医院门诊西药房关注的焦点问题之一。基于此,本研究从本院门诊西药房的实际出发,对近3年来处方调剂中出现的差错以及原因进行汇总分析,并提出解决和防范的措施,以期更好的指导今后门诊西药房处方调剂工作。
Hospital pharmacies assume responsibility for the deployment of drugs for patients, the quality of their work is directly related to the patient’s treatment. In recent years, with the gradual improvement of social health care, the working procedures of outpatient western pharmacies have also become increasingly complicated, and slight errors may cause irreparable damage to patients. In addition, the patients’ requirements for medical service are increasing day by day. Reducing the error rate of prescription adjustment and improving the level of prescription adjustment have become one of the most important problems in the outpatient western pharmacy. Based on this, this study, starting from the reality of outpatient western pharmacy, summarized and analyzed the errors occurred in the prescriptions in the past three years and put forward the solutions to prevent and remedy them in order to better guide the future prescription dispensary of western pharmacies jobs.
