作为一部分特殊的人群,中小学教师承受的心理压力较大,因而会对教师的情绪产生负面影响,并且或多或少会影响学校教育教学工作的开展。深入探究教师工作的压力与产生根源,有利于正确认识教师整体工作的压力和影响因素,进而为教育管理工作的进一步强化奠定良好的理论基础。
As a special part of the population, primary and secondary school teachers suffer greater psychological pressure, which will have a negative impact on teachers’ emotions, and will more or less affect the development of school education and teaching. Exploring the pressure and causes of teachers ’work in depth is helpful to correctly understand the pressure and influencing factors of teachers’ overall work, and lay a good theoretical foundation for the further strengthening of education management.
