讨论了新一代钢厂副产煤气平衡与利用方案,分析了新一代钢厂与发电、建材、石化等行业形成工业生态链的途径。研究表明:年产粗钢900万t的新一代钢厂,通过钢厂副产煤气的充分利用并集成到发电上来,可建设装机容量约90万kW的电站,实现电力自给,充分发挥钢厂能源转换功能;通过冶金渣再资源化利用,建设年产水泥约350万t、水泥微粉约80万t的生产线,与建材行业链接;并有可能外供氢气约6.6亿m3/a,与石化行业形成生态产业链或作为清洁汽车燃料,从而实现生态化转型,适应和促进中国循环经济的发展。
This paper discusses the gas balance and utilization by-product gas of a new generation of steel mills, and analyzes the ways for a new generation of steel mills to form an industrial ecological chain in power generation, building materials and petrochemical industries. The research shows that a new generation of steel mills with an annual output of 9 million t of crude steel can build power plants with an installed capacity of 900,000 kW through the full utilization of byproduct gas from the steel mills and integration into power generation so as to realize self-sufficiency of power and give full play to the steel mills Energy conversion; Metallurgical slag through the re-use of resources to build an annual output of about 3.5 million tons of cement, cement powder about 800,000 t production line, linked with the building materials industry; and may provide external hydrogen of about 660 million m3 / a, and petrochemical Industry to form an ecological industrial chain or as a clean automobile fuel in order to achieve ecological transformation, adapt and promote the development of circular economy in China.
