发展信息消费对推动中国消费结构的优化和升级具有重要意义。本文从信息产业发展水平差异的视角,选取中国2005-2012年各省区的相关数据,使用面板门限模型,研究了人均收入对居民人均信息消费的作用。结果表明,在不同的信息产业发展水平下,人均收入对居民信息消费的影响存在着明显的门槛效应。随着信息产业不断跨越门槛值,两者之间的正相关性呈现出明显加强的趋势。此外,研究还验证了受教育程度对居民信息消费存在显著影响。最后,为推动居民信息消费提出了相关建议。
The development of information consumption is of great importance in promoting the optimization and upgrading of China’s consumption structure. From the perspective of the development level of information industry, this paper chooses the data of each province in China from 2005 to 2012 and uses panel threshold model to study the effect of per capita income on per capita consumption of information. The results show that under different levels of information industry development, the per capita income has obvious threshold effect on the residents’ information consumption. With the continuous crossing of the information industry threshold, the positive correlation between the two shows a clear trend of strengthening. In addition, the study also verifies that education level has a significant impact on residents’ information consumption. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to promote the consumption of residents information.
