对比研究3×0.24+9×0.225CCHT和3+9×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。试验结果表明,与3+9×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线相比,3×0.24+9×0.225CCHT钢丝帘线的直径较小、线密度和破断力较大;以3×0.24+9×0.225CCHT钢丝帘线替代3+9×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线用于全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体帘布中,成品轮胎外缘尺寸符合国家标准要求,耐久性能提高,轮胎质量减小,生产成本降低。
The comparative study of 3 × 0.24 + 9 × 0.225CCHT and 3 + 9 × 0.22 + 0.15 steel cords in the whole steel radial truck tire carcass. The test results show that the diameter of 3 × 0.24 + 9 × 0.225CCHT steel cord is smaller and the linear density and breaking force are larger than those of 3 + 9 × 0.22 + 0.15 steel cord. The cord is 3 × 0.24 + 9 × 0.225 CCHT steel cord instead of 3 +9 × 0.22 +0.15 steel cord used for steel truck radial tire carcass ply, finished tire rim size in line with national standards, durability, improved tire quality, reduce production costs.
