运用三因素五水平二次正交旋转组合设计,研究了赤霉素、烯效唑和抑芽敏对苎麻纤维支数的影响,建立了相应的实用数学模型:Y=1507.98-91.76x1+25.92x2-22x3-0.67x12-24.01x22-64.63x1x2+16.38x1x3+67.63x2x3。经模拟选优得出,当赤霉素取0mg/kg;烯效唑取20mg/kg;抑芽敏取714mg/kg时,纤维支数达最大值2036.36,这个方程可作为反馈试验及大面积推广应用的基础。
The effects of gibberellin, uniconazole and pentamazepin on ramie fiber count were studied by means of quadratic orthogonal rotation combined design of three factors and five levels. The corresponding practical mathematical model was established: Y = 1507.98-91.76x1 + 25.92 x2-22x3-0.67x12-24.01x22-64.63x1x2 + 16.38x1x3 + 67.63x2x3.
