[目的]介绍一种新的杂交水稻机械化制种技术——利用苯达松敏感致死基因培育能进行机械化制种的杂交组合技术。[方法]系统阐述对敏感恢复系苯达松致死剂量筛选、父母本种子重量的比例及已育成的组合应用等几个方面。[结果]利用苯达松敏感致死基因进行机械化制种的方法在可操作性、节约成本、制种产量、组合优势等方面均有优势。[结论]利用苯达松敏感致死基因培育可进行机械化制种的杂交组合是机械化制种新的研究方向。
[Objective] The research aimed to introduce a new hybrid rice mechanization seed production technology - hybrid combination technology which could be mechanized seed production by using bentasone sensitive lethal gene. [Method] The sensitivity and recovery department of bentazone lethal dose screening system, the proportion of parents of the seed weight and has been bred in several aspects such as the combination of applications. [Result] The method of mechanized seed production by using bentazon sensitive lethal gene had advantages in maneuverability, cost saving, seed production and combination advantages. [Conclusion] It is a new research direction for mechanized seed production that the combination of mechanized seed production by bentazon sensitive lethal gene culture.
