微量元素锌对骨的生长发育极为重要。缺锌会损害组织修复。本实验研究供锌对家兔骨折愈合的影响以及骨锌浓度的变化。供锌组于手术前2天起经肌肉供给硫酸锌。术后供锌组和对照组的桡骨和尺骨的骨锌浓度有明显降低。骨痂锌浓度供锌组明显高于对照组。与对照组比较,供锌组形成多量骨痂,有较好的抗拉伸负载性能;组织学显示细胞增殖活跃,软骨和新骨形成较多;X线显示丰富的外骨痂。供锌能促进骨折愈合。
Trace elements of bone growth and development of zinc is extremely important. Zinc deficiency can damage tissue repair. The experimental study of zinc on fracture healing in rabbits and bone zinc concentration changes. Zinc supply group 2 days before surgery via muscle supply of zinc sulfate. Postoperative zinc supply and control group of radius and ulna bone zinc concentrations were significantly reduced. The callus zinc concentration in zinc supply group was significantly higher than that in control group. Compared with the control group, the zinc supply group formed a large amount of callus and had good tensile load resistance. Histology showed that the cell proliferation was active, the formation of cartilage and new bone was more, and the X-ray showed abundant outer callus. Zinc can promote fracture healing.
