目的:建立单增李斯特菌的焦磷酸测序检测方法。方法:通过焦磷酸测序法对hly基因的保守片段进行测序来检测单增李斯特菌,从基因序列上对单增李斯特菌进行鉴定。结果:焦磷酸测序法可准确鉴定94株单增李斯特菌。结论:本方法可用于单增李斯特菌的检测鉴定,具有准确、快速和实时等优点,可满足对单增李斯特菌快速、高通量检测的需求。
Objective: To establish a pyrosequencing assay for Listeria monocytogenes. Methods: Listeria monocytogenes was detected by sequencing the conserved fragment of hly gene by pyrosequencing, and the identification of Listeria monocytogenes was carried out from the gene sequence. Results: Pyrosequencing method can accurately identify 94 Listeria monocytogenes. Conclusion: The method can be used for the detection of Listeria monocytogenes with the advantages of accuracy, rapidity and real-time, which can meet the demand of rapid and high-throughput detection of Listeria monocytogenes.
