目的观察三七对糖尿病肾病(DN)大鼠的治疗效果,探讨其作用机制,为糖尿病及DN的预防及治疗提供参考。方法予不同剂量三七治疗8周,观察其对STZ诱导的DN大鼠肾脏功能及结构的影响,观察各组血脂、血糖、体重、24h尿蛋白定量、肾脏VEGF表达水平。结果不同三七剂量组血糖、TG、尿量、24h尿蛋白定量及VEGF表达均有不同程度降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),而体重、HDL-C均有不同程度增加(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论三七治疗DN大鼠有一定疗效,其机制可能与改善相关代谢异常及改善组织缺血有关。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Panax notoginseng on diabetic nephropathy (DN) rats and to explore its mechanism of action to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus and DN. Methods The different doses of Panax notoginseng were treated for 8 weeks. The effects of STZ on the function and structure of kidney in DN rats were observed. The levels of blood lipid, blood glucose, body weight, urinary protein in 24h, and the expression of VEGF in kidney were observed. Results The levels of blood glucose, TG, urine volume, urinary protein excretion and expression of VEGF in different Panax notoginseng groups were all decreased to different extents (P <0.05 or P <0.01), but body weight and HDL-C all increased to different extents Or P <0.01). Conclusion Panax notoginseng has a certain curative effect on DN rats, and its mechanism may be related to the improvement of related metabolic abnormalities and the improvement of tissue ischemia.
