目的:对扎冲十三味药物中的挥发油成分进行共提取,同时对挥发油的包合工艺进行筛选,确立最佳工艺条件。方法:设计正交试验考察工艺中的各影响因素,同时对挥发油进行相关的质量标准的初步研究。结果:得出最佳的提取条件为:加水10倍体积,浸泡1 h,粉碎2~3目,提取6 h;最佳包合条件为:投料比8∶1,加水量8∶1,包合温度40℃,进行饱和水溶液法包合挥发油。结论:通过工艺优化,挥发油成分可以进行有效提取和包合。
OBJECTIVE: To extract the constituents of volatile oil in Zha Chong Thirteen Flavors, and to screen the inclusion of volatile oil to establish the optimal conditions. Methods: Orthogonal experiments were designed to investigate the influencing factors in the process, and the preliminary research on the related quality standards of volatile oil was carried out. Results: The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: adding 10 times volume of water, soaking for 1 h, crushing 2 ~ 3 mesh and extracting for 6 h; the optimum inclusion conditions were: feeding ratio 8: 1, adding water 8: The temperature 40 ℃, saturated aqueous solution method of inclusion of volatile oil. Conclusion: Through the process optimization, the volatile oil components can be effectively extracted and inclusion.
