人事档案管理是人力资源管理的重要组成部分,科学合理的进行人事档案管理,开发利用好人事档案,能促进人力资源的开发和使用,有利于国有企业人力资源管理水平的进一步提升。因此,作为企业档案管理工作人员,应当积极探索新的管理模式,使人事档案管理工作更科学、更实用,进而提升其管理水平和质量。
Personnel file management is an important part of human resources management. Scientific and reasonable personnel file management, development and utilization of personnel files, can promote the development and use of human resources, and help to further improve the level of human resources management in state-owned enterprises. Therefore, as a staff member of enterprise archives management, a new management mode should be actively explored so as to make the personnel archives management more scientific and practical, and further improve the management level and quality.
