本文研究了有机薄膜在平面光学微腔中的光致发光特性。有机光学微腔以多层介质膜和金属银分别作为反射镜 ,8 羟基喹啉铝 (Alq)为发光层。Alq薄膜的荧光峰位于 5 1 9nm ,谱线的半高全宽为 90nm。微腔的荧光峰位于 5 30nm ,谱线的半高全宽窄化至 1 0nm。谐振波长处的发射强度提高了一个数量级。
In this paper, the photoluminescence properties of organic thin films in planar optical microcavities are studied. The organic optical microcavity uses multilayer dielectric films and metallic silver as the reflection mirrors respectively, and aluminum quinolinolate (Alq) as the light-emitting layer. The fluorescence peak of Alq film is at 519nm and the full width at half maximum of the spectrum is 90nm. The fluorescence peak of the microcavity is located at 5 30 nm, and the full width at half maximum of the spectrum is narrowed to 10 nm. The emission intensity at the resonant wavelength is increased by an order of magnitude.
