针对目前国内大部分工业锅炉效率偏低以及自动化水平低的情况,研究了一套适合于中小煤粉炉使用的先进的计算机监测和自动控制系统。该系统可实现多冗余、多策略控制,提高了监控系统的可靠性。针对锅炉和供汽管网组成的系统大滞后、强惯性和严重非线性的特点,在锅炉负荷控制回路中,采用Fuzzy-PI双模控制器。即在控制系统中,常规控制与智能控制并存。该系统除了可进行实时监测及燃烧控制外,还采用了最佳风煤比自学习系统和风煤比在线自寻优策略,维持锅炉的最佳工况工作。该系统已成功应用于青岛碱厂自备电站130t/h煤粉炉。
Aimed at the low efficiency and low level of automation of most industrial boilers in China, a set of advanced computer monitoring and automatic control system suitable for medium and small pulverized coal fired furnaces was studied. The system can achieve multi-redundancy, multi-strategy control, improve the reliability of monitoring system. For boiler and steam pipe network consisting of system lag, strong inertia and serious non-linear characteristics, in the boiler load control loop, the use of Fuzzy-PI dual-mode controller. That is, in the control system, conventional control and intelligent control co-exist. In addition to real-time monitoring and combustion control, the system also adopts the best self-learning system of coal-to-air ratio and on-line self-optimizing strategy of coal-to-air ratio to maintain the optimal working condition of the boiler. The system has been successfully used in Qingdao Soda Plant owned 130t / h pulverized coal fired boilers.
