由于液压传动设计并没明确规定“无相对位移的管接头必须用刚性管而不能用柔性管连接”,因此为了方便起见,部分液压系统中无相对位移的管接头也采用橡胶软管连接。本文计算及分析表明:橡胶软管在中高液压作用下有明显的弹性变形,以橡胶软管任意替代高压作用下的液压钢管因此会导致小容忽视的功率损失。
As the design of hydraulic transmission does not clearly stipulate that “pipe fittings without relative displacement must be rigid pipe and can not be connected with flexible pipe”. Therefore, for convenience, some pipe fittings without relative displacement in the hydraulic system are also connected by rubber hoses. The calculation and analysis of this paper show that the rubber hose has obvious elastic deformation under the action of medium and high hydraulic pressure. Any replacement of the hydraulic steel hose under the high pressure by the rubber hose will result in the loss of small neglected power.
