近几年我们特别注意到台湾蒙古学研究的长足发展,在其研究队伍中,有一位显赫的蒙古族学者,他就是台湾政治大学边政研究所哈勘楚伦教授。哈勘楚伦先生,原内蒙古昭乌达盟扎鲁特旗人(今哲里木盟扎鲁特旗),生于1911年5月10日。少年求读于本旗国民优级学校,后考入王爷庙(今乌兰浩特)兴安学院,毕业后负笈东渡日本留学,后因战争辍学而归国,1948年入北京蒙藏师范专科学校,后渡海到台湾,入台湾大学外国文学系,获学士学他。继后留学美国加州大学。毕业后还归台湾,任政治大学助教、讲师、副教授、教授;台湾师范大学历史学系兼任教授,从事教学工作长达30余年。近几年兼台北《蒙古文化通讯》刊物总编。他是目前台湾边政所唯一精通蒙汉语的著名蒙古
In recent years, we have paid special attention to the rapid development of the Mongolian studies in Taiwan. In its research team, there is a prominent Mongolian scholar who is Professor Hachin Chu Lun of the Institute of Politics and Politics, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. Mr. Hachinchulun, formerly Zhauda League of Zhalute Banner, Inner Mongolia (now Jeolimu Zhalute Banner), was born on May 10, 1911. After studying in the University of California. After graduation, he returned to Taiwan and served as a teaching assistant, lecturer, associate professor and professor at the University of Political Science; and as a professor in the history department of Taiwan Normal University, he has been teaching for over 30 years. In recent years, he has also served as chief editor of Taipei’s “Mongolian Cultural Newsletter.” He is currently the only Mongolian-Mongolian famous Mongolian border government in Taiwan
