目的基于新医改背景下就东中西部地区公立医院改革试点医院住院患者对医院环境的满意度进行调查,满足不同人群多样化的就医需求,为医院医疗环境的改进提供针对性政策建议。方法采用文献回顾法,了解国内外对于医院环境满意度评价情况,自主设计调查问卷。对上海市、湖北省和贵州省公立医院改革试点医院内2700名住院患者进行问卷调查,调查内容包括对医院环境评价及满意度。结果总体环境满意度、绿化环境满意度、建筑环境满意度和就医环境满意度的平均值分别为3.86、3.85、3.77和3.55。东中西部地区的患者对总体环境、绿化环境和建筑环境的满意度评价存在差异。不同年龄、不同家庭人均月收入和不同文化程度的患者对总体环境满意度的评价存在差异,而性别、住院天数和医保形式对总体环境满意度的评价不存在显著性差异。结论新医改推进后,医院环境建设成为医院管理工作中不容忽视的一项重要内容。加强公立医院环境建设,提高患者满意度,对其今后的改革和发展具有重大的现实意义。为提高患者满意度针对医院环境建设提出改进策略:重视绿化环境,营造自然生态美;优化建筑环境,布局合理便捷化;改善就医环境,提供人性化服务;加大投入力度,满足多样化需求。
Objective To investigate the satisfaction of hospital patients with hospitalized patients in public hospital reform pilot hospitals in the eastern, central and western regions to meet the diversified medical needs of different populations and to provide targeted policy recommendations for the improvement of hospital medical environment. Methods The literature review method was used to understand the domestic and international evaluation of the satisfaction of the hospital environment and to design the questionnaire independently. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 2,700 inpatients in public hospital reform pilot hospitals in Shanghai, Hubei and Guizhou Provinces. The survey included hospital environmental assessment and satisfaction. Results The average of overall environmental satisfaction, greening satisfaction, building satisfaction and medical satisfaction were 3.86, 3.85, 3.77 and 3.55, respectively. Patients in the eastern, central and western regions have different opinions on satisfaction with the overall environment, greening environment and the built environment. There were differences in overall environmental satisfaction among patients of different ages, families with different monthly per capita incomes and different education levels. There was no significant difference in the assessment of overall environmental satisfaction between gender, hospitalization days and health insurance. Conclusion After the new medical reform advances, the construction of the hospital environment has become an important part of hospital management that can not be ignored. To strengthen public hospital environment construction and improve patient satisfaction has great practical significance for its future reform and development. In order to improve patient satisfaction, the hospital proposes an improvement strategy for the construction of the hospital environment. It emphasizes the greening environment and the natural beauty of the environment. It also optimizes the building environment and provides convenient and rational layouts. It also improves the medical environment and provides humanized services. It also increases investment and diversifies needs.
