我国古代春秋时期,孔子提出“因材施教”的方法,他注重弟子后天的培养,针对不同弟子的性格差异实施不同的方法。这种人性化的育人方式在《蒙娜丽莎的微笑》这部影片中也有所体现,本片的主人公凯瑟琳老师在结束令她“终生难忘”的第一堂课后,改变了教学风格。那么本论文就从教育的目的,教师的教学风格以及以学生为主体,教师为主导这三个层面对本片进行探究,同时也是对当下教育的反思。
