利用DN300工业试验环道,研究了启动压力波在管内原油中的传递规律。测量了不同操作条件下,启动压力波在原油中的传递速度,分析了启动流量、停输前油温、启输温度等因素的影响。试验和理论分析表明,利用原油的析蜡点温度、管道停输油温以及启动油温等参数,可更为直接地反映原油降温收缩性和胶凝原油本身的结构特性对启动压力波传递的影响规律。根据大型环道试验数据,通过数学回归得到了形式简单的启动压力波传递速度计算模型。 Using DN300 industrial test circuit, the transfer law of starting pressure wave in crude oil was studied. The transmission speed of the starting pressure wave in crude oil under different operating conditions was measured. The influence of starting flow rate, oil temperature before shutdown and start-up temperature was analyzed. Experimental and theoretical analysis shows that the use of crude oil waxing point temperature, pipeline shutdown oil temperature and start-up oil temperature and other parameters can be more direct reflection of the cooling oil shrinkage and gelation of crude oil itself structural characteristics of the start of the pressure wave transmission Affect the law. According to the large-scale loop test data, a simple model for calculating the pressure wave propagation velocity is obtained through mathematical regression.
