目的通过计算,对医院放疗中心拟建Co-60腔内治疗机建设项目的工作场所进行的防护屏蔽设计进行评估,预防、控制辐射危害,保障放射工作人员和公众的健康与安全。方法按国家有关标准规定及辐射防护基本原则进行设计计算。结果以γ射线为概述影响Co-60腔内治疗机机房屏蔽体厚度的因子,以此确定屏蔽计算公式。结论Co-60腔内治疗机建设项目的辐射防护设施屏蔽基本满足建筑设计卫生学要求。
Objective To evaluate the protective shield design in the workplace of the proposed Co-60 endovascular machine in the radiotherapy center of the hospital through calculation and to prevent and control radiation hazards and ensure the health and safety of radiation workers and the general public. Methods According to the relevant national standards and the basic principles of radiation protection design and calculation. Results γ-rays were used to summarize the factors affecting the thickness of Co-60 intracavitary treatment room shielding body, so as to determine the shielding formula. Conclusion The shield of the radiation protection facilities of Co-60 intracavitary treatment machine basically meets the requirements of architectural design hygiene.
