本文基于福建省T村的调查发现,老年人在群体性事件中扮演主体角色,成为与基层政府等博弈的前台主干力量,不仅采取到相关部门信访和法院起诉的体制内行动,还开展静坐等体制外行动。该现象的产生除了与我国尊老敬老传统文化有关外,还与老年人自身汇集的独特资源优势、社会变迁对其生命历程的影响、应对基层政府行动的需要以及突破现有利益表达渠道有限性等密切相关。
