目的 探讨层粘连蛋白和纤维粘连蛋白在绒毛发生、发育,胎盘的形成、构建过程中的作用。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法观察层粘连蛋白和纤维粘连蛋白在正常人胚早期绒毛膜和蜕膜组织中的分布。结果 层粘连蛋白在正常绒毛上皮基膜、毛细血管内皮基膜、蜕膜细胞及细胞间质内呈阳性表达。纤维粘连蛋白在绒毛间质、毛细血管内皮基膜、蜕膜细胞及细胞间质内呈阳性表达。结论 层粘连蛋白和纤维粘连蛋白是滋养细胞对子宫内膜粘附和侵蚀的重要生物学因素,在绒毛的发生、发育,胎盘形成和构建过程中均起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the role of laminin and fibronectin in the development and development of villi and the formation and development of placenta. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the distribution of laminin and fibronectin in the early human chorion and decidua tissue. Results Laminin was positively expressed in normal villous epithelial basement membrane, capillary endothelial basement membrane, decidual cells and interstitial cells. Fibronectin in the villous stroma, capillary endothelial basement membrane, decidual cells and interstitial cells were positive expression. Conclusion Laminin and fibronectin are important biological factors of trophoblast adhesion and erosion to endometrium, and play an important role in the occurrence, development, placenta formation and construction of villus.
