Cardiac structural defects account for more than half of congenital malformations. This article reports 1924 pregnant women from South England and Wales from January 1985 to June 1987 in the Guy’s Hospital Peripheral Cardiology Research Center in London. Two-dimensional ultrasound was used to examine fetal heart (probe 3.5MHz or 5MHz ) Found 129 cases of abnormal cardiac structure. The average age of pregnant women 26.5 years old (15 to 39 years old), 43 cases (34%) primipara. These involved fetuses were found to be: ① 68 cases of abnormal four-chamber imaging accounted for 53%; ② 36 cases (20%) of abnormal cardiac structural family history; ③ Cardiac malformations in 17 cases (13%); ④ Non-immune edema in 10 cases 8%); ⑤ arrhythmia in 5 cases (4%); ⑥ other 3 cases (2%). 129 cases of abnormal fetal heart in 69 cases
