目的]探讨L精氨酸对急性肺损伤的保护作用.[方法]将30只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、损伤组、L精氨酸组,各组在乌拉坦麻醉下用微量注射器从股静脉给药物,观察120min时的动脉血氧分压、丙二醛和肺组织病理学变化.[结果]L精氨酸组动脉血氧分压下降、丙二醛上升与损伤组比较较轻;损伤组肺间质充血、出血、炎细胞浸润、肺间质和肺泡水肿、透明膜形成,而L精氨酸组的肺间质、肺泡的变化较轻,未见透明膜形成.[结论]L精氨酸对大鼠急性肺损伤有一定的保护作用
Objective] To investigate the protective effect of L-arginine on acute lung injury. [Methods] Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, injury group and L-arginine group. The rats in each group were given drugs from the femoral vein under the urethane anesthesia, and the arterial partial pressure of oxygen was observed at 120 minutes , MDA and lung histopathological changes. [Results] The partial pressure of arterial oxygen decreased in L-arginine group and the increase of malondialdehyde was lighter than that in injured group. The interstitial congestion, hemorrhage, inflammatory cell infiltration, interstitial and alveolar edema, , While L arginine group of interstitial lung, alveolar changes lighter, no transparent membrane formation. [Conclusion] L-arginine has a certain protective effect on acute lung injury in rats
