目的:观察使用异种脱细胞真皮基质在腮腺肿瘤术后预防味觉出汗综合征(Frey综合征)的效果。方法:随机选择2009~2016年就诊的94例腮腺肿瘤患者,均在腮腺肿瘤切除后,异种脱细胞真皮基质覆盖于肿瘤及腮腺部分切除后残留的创面上,并与腮腺咬肌筋膜及胸锁乳突肌筋膜对位缝合。术后随访6~18个月观察其治疗效果。结果:术后随访6~18个月,94例患者均无Frey综合征发生。结论:使用异种脱细胞真皮基质能够有效预防腮腺及肿瘤摘除术后Frey综合征的发生,临床上值得推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of using xenogenic acellular dermal matrix in the prevention of taste-sweating syndrome (Frey’s syndrome) after parotid tumor. Methods: Ninety-four patients with parotid gland tumor treated from 2009 to 2016 were randomly selected. After xenografts of the parotid gland tumor, the xenografted dermal matrix covered the residual wounds after tumor and parotid partial resection, Lock mastoid fascia alignment suture. Postoperative follow-up of 6 to 18 months to observe the therapeutic effect. Results: All patients were followed up from 6 to 18 months. There was no Frey syndrome in 94 patients. Conclusion: The use of xenogenic acellular dermal matrix can effectively prevent the occurrence of Frey syndrome after parotid and tumor resection, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
