目的:探讨64层螺旋CT多平面及曲面重组技术在听神经瘤诊断的应用。方法:术前运用64层螺旋CT多平面及曲面重组技术对2011年7月至2013年5月我院共收治20例听神经瘤患者进行了扫描,并立体重建了其中耳、内耳和听神经瘤。结果:扫描和重建具有较快的速度,将清晰的中耳、内耳结构及听神经瘤重建了起来。结论:64层螺旋CT多平面及曲面重组技术能够将听道及膜迷路清晰地显示出来,强化后能获取听神经瘤的立体图像。
Objective: To investigate the application of 64-slice spiral CT multiplanar and curved surface reconstruction in the diagnosis of acoustic neuroma. Methods: A total of 20 patients with acoustic neuroma admitted to our hospital from July 2011 to May 2013 were scanned with 64-slice spiral CT multiplanar and curved surface reconstruction technique. The middle ear, inner ear and acoustic neuroma were reconstructed. Results: Scanning and reconstruction were quicker and the clear middle ear, inner ear structure and acoustic neuroma were reconstructed. Conclusion: 64-slice spiral CT multiplanar and curved surface reconstruction techniques can clearly show the tracts of the vagina and the labyrinth and enhance the stereoscopic images of acoustic neuroma.
