我国预防医学教育也称公共卫生教育始于建国初期,由于当时我国没有自已预防医学教育体系,因此,全面向前苏联学习,把前苏联卫生专业教学体系全盘搬来。随着我国社会主义建设和社会经济发展,以及我国公共卫生事业的需要,预防医学教育也相应进行了改革,逐渐摒弃前苏联卫生专业教学体系, Our preventive medicine education also said that public health education began in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.
