对施行放射状角膜切开术的217只眼,采取了多种矫正散光的手术措施,结果术后散光度均数下降0.58D,散光增加者仅占19.88％;未采取这种措施的术眼,术后散光增加者达52.99％;前者术后散光的增加明显下降。
A total of 217 eyes undergoing radial keratotomy were treated with various methods of astigmatism correction. The mean astigmatism decreased by 0.58D and the percentage of astigmatism increased only by 19.88%. The eyes without such measures, Postoperative astigmatism increased 52.99%; the former increased astigmatism decreased significantly.
