通过ICP MS方法 ,测定了采自种子库的 6 0个不同品种小麦籽粒样品中 15种痕量稀土元素 (REE)的背景含量 .观察了小麦籽粒中REE含量的分布模式 ,并与土壤中REE平均含量进行了对比 ,同时与有关文献中的测定结果进行了对照 .研究结果表明 ,小麦籽粒中的REE背景含量界于 10 -11~ 10 -8g·g-1之间 ,比土壤中REE的平均含量低 3~ 4个数量级 ;其分布模式为轻稀土含量相对较高、铕轻度亏损型 ,与土壤类似 .本研究得出的数据能够准确地表征小麦籽粒中 15种REE的背景含量
The background contents of 15 trace rare earth elements (REE) in 60 wheat grain samples collected from a seed bank were determined by ICP-MS method.The distribution pattern of REE content in wheat grain was observed and correlated with REE The average content of REE in wheat was compared with that in the literature.The results showed that the background content of REE in wheat grain was between 10-11 and 10 -8 g · g -1, The average content of which is 3 to 4 orders of magnitude lower.The distribution pattern is that the content of light rare earth is relatively high and that of europium is lightly depleted and similar to the soil.The data obtained in this study can accurately characterize the background content of 15 kinds of REE in wheat grain
