本文介绍了用改进型抗干扰(铀)荧光试剂(MAFG)激光荧光法快速测定地球化学样品中微量铀。其特点是直接利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定多元素后的“残液”,不需要对样品进行预制备过程。文中提出了校正铁内滤效应的简单方法。本方法的检出限为0.05微克/克。对GSD系列标准参考样品的七次重复测定,相对标准偏差为2.2%—7.1%。分析速度为每人每日100—150个样品。
This article describes the rapid determination of trace uranium in geochemical samples by a modified anti-interference (uranium) fluorescent reagent (MAFG) laser fluorescence method. It is characterized by the direct use of inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry after the determination of multi-element “residue”, do not need to pre-sample preparation process. In this paper, a simple method of correcting the effect of iron internal filtration is proposed. The detection limit of this method is 0.05 μg / g. Seven replicates of the GSD series of standard reference samples showed relative standard deviations of 2.2% -7.1%. Analytical speed is 100-150 samples per person per day.
