研究高速公路机电设备故障的有效预防措施,并且提出机电设备故障产生的原因,具体包含以下因素:造型和设计技术不及时更新、温度过高造成裂纹和变形、机电设备被灰尘污染、设备线路由于绝缘问题出现故障。基于上述问题阐述预防和控制机电设备故障的具体措施,合理控制机电设备使用中产生的热量、定期检查和评估设备,建立完善的机电设备维护系统,培养机电设备技术人员的维护和管理能力。
