目的 :对贺兰山黄芪的根进行化学成分研究。方法 :运用层析手段和波谱方法及相关物理常数对照进行化学成分的分离和结构鉴定。结果 :得到六个甾类和四个蒽醌类化合物 :豆甾烷 3,6 2酮 (1) ,5α ,8α 二氧 (2 2E ,2 4R) 麦角甾 6 ,2 2 大黄素甲醚 3β 醇 (2 ) ,豆甾烷 3β ,6α 二醇 (3) ,胡萝卜苷 (4) ,β 谷甾醇 (5 ) ,豆甾醇 (6 ) ,大黄酚 (7) ,大黄素 (8) ,大黄素甲醚 (9)和芦荟大黄素 (10 )。结论 :化合物 1~ 3,7~ 10为黄芪属中首次发现。
Objective : To study the chemical composition of the root of Astragalus membranaceus in Helan Mountain. Methods: The chromatographic method and spectral method and related physical constants were used to compare the chemical composition and structure identification. RESULTS: Six quinones and four terpenoids were obtained: stigmas 3,6 2 ketones (1), 5α, 8α dioxo (2 2E, 24R) ergoside 6, 2 emodin 3β Alcohols (2), Sophoran 3β, 6αdiols (3), Carboxylic (4), β-sitosterol (5), Soybean alcohol (6), Chrysophanol (7), Emodin (8), Emodin Methyl ether (9) and aloe-emodin (10). Conclusion : Compounds 1~3 and 7~10 were found for the first time in the genus Astragalus.
