本文主要是论述坦克稳定器中的角度传感器在炮塔总调时漂移量经常超差的问题。一般资料介绍,角度传感器的漂移主要是由陀螺仪内外框架的不平衡和摩擦力矩造成的。作者认为,目前坦克稳定器所采用的角度传感器的结构,其电工钢的剩磁同样是产生漂移超差的重要因素。通过近似计算,采取矫顽力补偿试验,漂移有明显好转,证明分析的论点是正确的。
This article mainly discusses the tank stabilizer angle sensor turret drifting often overshoot problems. General information, the angle sensor drift is mainly caused by the gyroscope internal and external frame imbalance and friction torque. The author believes that the current structure of the angle sensor used in tank stabilizer, the residual magnetism of electrical steel is also an important factor to drift drift. Through the approximate calculation, to take coercive force compensation test, the drift has improved significantly, to prove that the analysis of the argument is correct.
