目的 探讨射频消融术 (RFCA)治疗快速性心律失常的疗效及对心脏急性期损伤的研究。方法 按常规方法进行心内膜标测及消融 ,并通过RFCA对心脏自主神经功能的影响、对心脏收缩功能的影响及射频电流对心脏的损伤作用和RFCA前后肌钙蛋白和SOD、内皮素的变化来研究RFCA对心脏的急性期损伤。结果 3 8例快速性心律失常患者均行RFCA术 ,全部获成功 ,总有效率达 10 0 %,无严重并发症。RFCA术后LF及HF均较术前明显降低 ,房早、室早在RFCA术前、后无明显差异 ,心脏收缩功能术前后无明显变化 ,SOD、内皮素术后明显高于术前。结论 RFCA是一种疗效优、副作用少、可根治的治疗快速性心律失常的首选方法 ,值得推广 ;RFCA确对心脏急性期有损伤 ,但损伤轻微
Objective To investigate the efficacy of radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia and study of acute cardiac injury. Results All 38 patients with tachyarrhythmia received RFCA. All of them achieved a total effective rate of 100% without serious complications. LF and HF in RFCA group were significantly lower than those before operation. There was no significant difference between premature and postoperative RFCA before and after RFCA. There was no significant change in systolic function before and after RFCA. SOD and endothelin were significantly higher than those before operation. Conclusion RFCA is a preferred method for the treatment of tachyarrhythmia with excellent curative effect and few side effects. It is worth to be promoted. RFCA does damage the acute phase of the heart but has slight damage
